How to get a real person!
Are you forever frustrated by "HELP" (oh sure) menus on websites that lead you into a dead end , use up a lot of your valuable time and still do not solve your problems? Try this…when the recorded messages start, enter "O" multiple times until a real person comes on the line.
This morning, I had to enter "O" (as in operation, not the number) almost 20 times on Pay Pal but finally a real person showed up and my problem got solved!
